Fees for Services
Schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation to ensure that you feel comfortable moving forward and that treatment is appropriate for you.
*While we do not currently accept insurance or work with insurance companies for service payment, occasionally services that are paid privately may be covered or reimbursed through insurance companies or long-term care insurance companies. They are not, however, ever covered by Medicare or Medicaid.
All fees are due before or at the time of services.
If there are payment concerns, please contact me 48 before your scheduled appointment to cancel appointment or discuss concerns; this will help to avoid late cancellation or no show fees.
